Shauna and Brandon were married this past Saturday at Heritage Hunt Country Club. It ended up being such a beautiful day, despite threats of rain all day. God really answered my prayers for sunshine and a perfect day for Shauna and Brandon.

I arrived at the venue, and Shauna was a calm as could be. I was in love with her lace dress and all her cute details. She looked amazing! So may friends and family did such a great job bringing all the details together, from her sister, Terra making all her invitations and place settings to the bouquets and cupcakes.

I love how Shauna really loves the Lord and puts him first in her life. In fact, I met her at Grace Life and on any given Sunday you can see her raising her hand in worship. My favorite part of her ceremony was the feet washing, showing a picture of how Jesus washed his disciples feet as a display of humility and servanthood. As a married couple, I believe a servant’s heart is what God wants us to have for each other. Not looking out merely for our own selfish reasons, but to serve our spouse. This was such a beautiful picture of this, as the officiant John Stroud explained.

The reception was hopping, and Shauna’s son Andrew had some moves! All the guests has a great time dancing and taking pictures in the photo booth. My second shooter, The Hill Studio and I even joined in on the fun! It was a perfect day.

Congratulations Shauna and Brandon. I wish you years of happiness and I hope you are enjoying an amazing time in Greece!!!
