Second shooting has been such a blessing for me this year! It gives me the opportunity to work with amazing photographers, learn the ins and outs of a wedding day and shoot with beautiful couple at beautiful venues. I did a lot of second shooting from early Spring to Summer and a few Fall ones, and my last two were this past weekend. What a joy it was to be a part of a couple’s special day. I’m so grateful for the opportunity God gave me this year.

I second shot this wedding with the talented Stephanie Messick Photography at Whitehall Manor back in June. It was a beautiful, sunny day with the sweetest couple. They came all the way from San Diego where they are stationed to have a  Rustic, VA Wedding with military honors. I loved all the vintage details from the tea cups, to the  poetry, and love letters in the reception details. Here are some of my favorites from the day.
