Lara and Wes were married October 15, 2022 at Lee Chapel in Lexington, VA. When I first met them at their engagement session they told me how they met on Bumble, and hit it off.. they were excited to find love again and between them blended their three amazing kids and two pups, which they included in their engagement session.. how sweet is that?

They wanted an intimate wedding, with just their closest family and friends in a place that meant a lot to them at VMI where Wes went to college.. and you could tell there was so much love for these two amongst everyone who attended their day! We started the day at The Livery Stables at the Georges Hotel…wow what a beautiful restored  hotel from the 1800’s! So stunning. I want to go back and stay. It was the most beautiful getting ready location for Lara and Wes.

Then it was on the Lee Chapel for the ceremony. Lara was nervous to walk down the isle but once she saw Wes up at the altar, he put her at ease. These two together are so sweet and you can tell how much they are committed they are not only to each other, but to their three kids.

What a beautiful day it was.. the reception at the Georges was also so stunning and guests enjoyed a lovely cocktail hour, then dancing the night away. I even had mutual friends at the wedding which made this wedding super fun to do! Wishing you both an amazing life together and a wonderful honeymoon in Italy!
