It’s no secret we love to travel! Andy and I had done a Bahamas cruise a few years back just the two of us, and thought it would be a fun family vacation, so we planned to drive to port and stop along the way in some of our favorite Southern cities, more of those travels coming soon!

We had so much fun, from the cruise ship entertainment, to the food ( I gained a few pounds) to the fun ports, Cococay and Atlantis Paradise Island. We just relaxed on the beach at CocoCay, enjoyed a fabulous lunch on the beach and the boys snorkeled and saw colorful fish and some plane ruins.

Our favorite was the Rapid Rivers at Atlantis. I thought the coolest slide would be the one were you rode through the sharks, but no, we loved the fast rapids! So much fun! Even if I got thrown off my tube a few times and dragged along the bottom. 🙂 Atlantis is such a beautiful resort and worth the visit!

It was definately a much needed time to just get away and spend time together. So many fun memories I won’t forget.
