Jeannie and Jimmie began their relationship as friends their freshman year of college. Jeannie said it wasn’t until she graduated that she recognized Jimmie’s gentle heart. She fell in love with his heart and his service to others. She loves how everything he does in life is purposeful, genuine and thoughtful. She said even though it took her four years to see it and really let him into her heart, she is so glad she did! Jeannie says Jimmie makes her a better person every day.
My favorite part of their wedding was their first look and ceremony. Jeannie was overwhelmed from the moment she set eyes on Jimmie. It was so sweet. Their ceremony was full of tears and stories of love and faith. A faith that clearly makes them stronger together. They had friends sing and I loved the words to their song, I was tearing up…
” Love came down and rescued me, love came down and set me free,
Jesus, I am yours, I am forever yours.
Mountains high or valleys low, I sing out and remind my soul, I am yours, I am forever yours”. – Kari Jobe
Such a testament to their love and faith in each other and the Lord.
Oh and these two really know how to kill it on the dance floor, what a party the night was! 🙂
I am So happy for you both and wish you many years of fun memories together! Enjoy your honeymoon in Cancun. XO.
Jeannie’s Something borrowed was her mom’s wedding ring which she wore for the ceremony. So Special.
Thank you to all the vendors who made the day possible.
