I knew right from the start, since these two were great friends with a past favorite couple of mine, Jasmine & David that they were going to be an amazing couple! Good people know good people, right? I loved Clary from the first moment at the coffee shop where we met up to discuss her big day, and she brought along her dog Lexi! They were going to meet up with Mike to watch one of his softball games right after. I didn’t get to meet Mike until the wedding day, Clary told me he wasn’t a fan of pictures, but he could have fooled me! These two had model looks! I love the two of them together and how comfortable and natural they are together. They also had the most amazing friends and family! I think their bridal party had me laughing through the reception! At one point one of the groomsmen even asked to borrow my camera to get some fun candids, I have to say, I was pretty impressed! 🙂

My favorite part of their day was the first look. Mike waited in nervous anticipation to see Clary and when he saw her, tears filled his eyes, so sweet! It definatley didn’t take away from their moment as he walked down the isle to meet his bride, I heard him whisper to his mom, ” I’m about to get married!” 

What a beautiful Winter wedding, it was in the high 50’s the whole day! Pretty unusual for the end of January. Stone Tower Winery was the perfect backdrop with the rolling mountains in the distance. I loved all their details, from the girls furs, to the fun fur hat the guys brought, to the beautiful farmhouse tables draped with greenery and wood table numbers. It couldn’t have been a more perfect day for these two. They got to really be present from the cocktail hour to dancing the night away with the people they loved most! It was also Clary’s mom’s birthday and I loved that after their own cake cutting they put a candle on a piece of cake and gave it to her mom! What a fabulous idea to be able to share your birthday and daughter’s wedding all in the same day.
